Are you ready to continue your journey of change?
Men Sustaining Change is a group program for those men who have completed Men Choosing Change and wish to continue their journey of change from using abusive behaviours in intimate partner relationships. .
What we offer
Men Sustaining Change is a weekly group gathering of men with the lived experience of having used domestic and family violence. It is co-facilitated by two experienced practitioners.
Men come together, to provide knowledge, experience, emotional, social or practical help to each other and talk with one another about their experiences, struggles and challenges.
What does a session look like?
A typical Men Sustaining Change group session involves the facilitators leading the session, checking on anything you would like to share, before focusing on a topic that has been requested or recognised as a supportive topic for the group. Men contribute their understanding and experiences on the topic and the discussion evolves.
How to attend
Men Sustaining Change allows opportunities for the development of new positive social networks with peers who have embraced the changes.
It is free to attend and operates as an open group, you can attend which ever week you feel you need to, as long as you have completed Men Choosing Change and met with a facilitator to transition to Men Sustaining Change.
