Whether you want to find paid work, gain work experience or learn new skills to help you get a job, we can support you. From job hunting and interview preparation through to finding the right training course, we’ll work with you to identify the best pathways to achieving your employment goals, then support you in making it happen.

We have assisted hundreds of job seekers into meaningful, long-term employment and helped many employers to find the right staff for their business. Our Employment Service has highly trained staff with extensive experience in providing services to people with a disability, illness or injury and to employers with many different needs. We also have specialised arrangements for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, young and mature-aged people.

We have been providing quality disability employment services in the Toowoomba and Lockyer Valley regions since 1992, with offices in Toowoomba, Gatton and Laidley. We also provide outreach services in Crows Nest, Pittsworth and Oakey. Our Employment Service is funded by the Department of Social Services.
